Recently, our Youth Leadership Program brought together ambitious young minds from across the country for an empowering experience designed to inspire, educate, and equip the next generation of leaders.
The initiative focused on developing essential leadership skills such as critical thinking, effective communication, teamwork, and ethical decision-making. Participants engaged in interactive workshops, real-world problem-solving activities, and mentorship sessions led by professionals from various industries, including mining, business, and community development.
